Colonel Frank Molinari Addresses Yemen America Language Institute (YALI) Grads

COL Frank Molinari of the Embassy’s Office of Military Cooperation addressed graduates at the October 19, 2006 graduation of the Yemen-America Language Institute (YALI) and celebrated with family and friends of the graduates sharing a large cake. COL Molinari reviewed the impact of the USS COLE attack on the U.S./Yemen bilateral relationship noting the close and ongoing cooperation between the two countries in combating terror and in professionalizing the newly instituted Yemeni Coast Guard. COL Molinari joined Director of Courses Ms. Janice Luce in recognizing the hard work of the graduates who have attained a high level of fluency in English during their studies at the Sana’a-based institute.
