Expedited Appointments
An expedited appointment cannot be guaranteed, and we advise planning well in advance for any travel to the United States. However, in certain circumstances, applicants may need an expedited appointment for reasons such as medical treatment, business meetings, or family emergencies.
To request an expedited appointment, please send an e-mail to NIVSanaa@state.gov. Please explain in your email the reason you need an expedited appointment and attach any relevant documents. You will be notified via email if you are eligible for an expedited appointment. Due to pressing workload concerns not all requests for expedited appointments may be fulfilled.
