Vice Consul Simone Graves meets with the DOS English Access Microscholarship students
June 7, 2006Vice Consul Simone Graves, representing the U.S. Embassy in Sana’a, met with over one hundred Access students at AMIDEAST Aden on Wednesday June 7, 2006. The students shared with the Vice Consul the different cultural and linguistic privileges that the Access programs offered them. She engaged them and answered their questions on a variety of topics. They expressed their hope that the Access program will continue because it strengthens mutual understanding between the Yemeni and American people and offers them a unique chance to study English.
