As presidential primary season approaches, the U.S. Embassy would like to remind all American citizens resident in Yemen that they can register as absentee voters and receive absentee ballots for all federal and some state and local elections. More information, including a link to the forms necessary for registration, is available on the U.S. Embassy website at http://yemen.usembassy.gov/yemen/voting.html. Completed registration forms can be dropped off at the consular section for mailing any Saturday or Monday at 7:30 a.m., without an appointment.
