The Embassy is open for American citizens’ consular services Saturday through Tuesday, by appointment only. The only services that do not require appointments are passport renewals, notarials, and registrations, which are available without an appointment Saturdays and Mondays at 7:30 a.m.
All public inquiries for appointments and passport cases should be directed to consularsanaa@state.gov. Limited call-in information is available Saturday through Tuesday, 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our fax number is 967-1-303-175. Note that all appointment requests and case inquiries should be submitted by email to consularsanaa@state.gov
