The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program
This program brings accomplished mid-level professionals to the U.S. for a one-year, non-degree program of combined academic and professional opportunities in a variety of fields. It is highly competitive and addressed to the most qualified applicants in both the public and private sectors. Candidates should have at least five years of professional experience. Strong English skills are required.
