U.S. Government Sponsors Education Management Information System Orientation Workshop

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) will sponsor a one-day Education Management Information System (EMIS) Orientation Workshop for forty-five participants from the Ministry of Education from the governorates of Sana’a, Amran, Mareb and Rayma.
This workshop aims to help Yemen's educators better integrate management information systems into their decision making. Recommended steps will be made to activate the current EMIS system at the governorate level in order to support educational decision makers in the governorates and the central Ministry.
This workshop represents just one component of USAID’s education program in Yemen. All education activities reflect the commitment of the government of the United States to help Yemen promote the prosperity and well-being of all Yemenis through the education sector.

ترعى الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية في الجمهورية اليمنية إقامة ورشة عمل حول تحديث نظام المعلومات لعدد 45 مشاركاً من مكاتب وزارة التربية والتعليم في محافظات صنعاء وعمران ومأرب وريمة.
تهدف الورشة إلى تعزيز وتحسين دمج إدارة نظام المعلومات لمساعدة صانعي القرار التربوي. وتتمثل الخطوات المزمع إنجازها في تفعيل نظام المعلومات الحالي لمساعدة صانعي القرار التربوي على مستوى المحافظات وديوان الوزارة.
هذه الورشة هي أحد أنشطة برنامج التعليم التابع للوكالة الامريكية للتنمية الدولية في اليمن والتي تعكس التزام حكومة الولايات المتحدة بمساعدة الجمهورية اليمنية لتحظ بحياة مليئة بالخير والإزدهار لكل اليمنيين من خلال قطاع التعليم.
