Embassy explains U.S. primaries

U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Officer Ryan Gliha delivered a presentation on the U.S. presidential process on January 29 at an event hosted by "The Yemen Times ". The event was attended by senior government and opposition officials, as well as journalists and NGO representatives. The presentation, which was delivered in Arabic, acquainted the audience with the U.S. presidential primary system. The attendants were also shown a presentation on the electoral process along with the briefing. Gliha then conducted a questions and answers session with the audience regarding the U.S. electoral process after the presentation.
